Around 11:09 p.m., 20-year-old Jonathan Allen was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.
Officer Jarrod Long noticed Allen hunched over out of the rear driver side door of a vehicle in the parking lot of 125 Dean St.
In response to the officer's questions about his condition, Allen answered that he had been drinking and had had too much.
Allen's court date was scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16.

Nov. 12


Around 10:26 p.m., an officer was dispatched to 113 Dean St. in response to the report of a residential burglary.
Krya Nicole Tucker, 18, told officers that someone had entered her locked dorm room and scattered several items throughout the room.
Tucker did not notice anything missing from her room at the time of the police report, but was informed that she should contact UPD should she does find that something has been taken.

Nov. 11


Around 12:06 a.m., someone activated a fire alarm at 125 Dean St. from the fifth floor south stairwell pull station.
Officer Robert Peevey reset the system, with the Jonesboro Fire Department standing by, and let residents back inside the building.
At the time of the report, there were no suspects.
